Commonly known for her outrageous outfit choices and bizarre dance moves, one seemingly simple thing about the starlet is her diet. The former Hannah Montana and animal loving star has been a strong supporter of the Vegan lifestyle since 2014, following the death of her beloved dog Floyd. Cyrus publicised her views on Veganism on Instagram, sharing a meme which read: “Honey I’m not saying you have to be a vegan, but I’m a vegan and I just think it’s fucked up you murder animals.”

Strutting the streets of Chelsea and giving co-stars the evil-eye must get tiring, so this Made In Chelsea pre-madonna fuels up with nutritious, ascetically pleasing Vegan grub. Just like Cyrus, Watson is a firm supporter of the animal charity @Peta and even appeared naked in campaign for the group, captioned: “Fur? I’d rather go naked.” Putting the conspiracists to bed, the reality TV star said: “It’s such a myth that vegans are going to get ill and that they don’t have enough vitamins. If it is something you are worried about you can always take supplements, I take calcium supplements every day.”

Using the Vegan diet to help her get into better shape, the bootylicious mum of two cut out both meat and dairy in 2014, going on to shed an impressive 10lbs. Although Veganism isn’t branded nor recommended as a tool for weight loss, cutting the excess fat found in red meats and high fat diary products such as cheese can be a perfect way to lose those extra pounds. Following the diet, Lopez proclaimed: “People were like, ‘Your energy’s better.’I feel better when I’m in shape and taking care of myself.”

According to sources, the handsome actor hates red meat so much he would get annoyed whenever ex-wife Angelina Jolie ate it. Pitt’s visibly toned frame proves that cutting meat and diary from your diet won’t have a negative impact on your health. The reason behind Brad’s decision? The hollywood actor apparently disproves of the methane gases produced by cattle, fermenting his decision to cut meat from his diet. Want a body like Mr Smith? The answer: go Vegan!

Following years of Vegetarianism, the former Smith’s singer officially turned Vegan in 2015. The much beloved star was outraged when he attended the climate change event, Live Earth 2015, and was served meat. In an angry open letter, Morrissey wrote: “Serving meat and dairy products at an event to combat climate change is like selling pistols at a gun-control rally. Your responsibility is to alert people to a crisis, not sell out to the vendors responsible for it.”
