PANCAKE SUNDAY || Sometimes all you need is simply some fluffy thick blueberry pancakes. Ok. Who am I kidding. I drenched them in cacao sauce after the picture (see storiesπŸ‘€) 🍫😎 … I have used the vegan pancakes's recipe from the blog and simply added blueberries whilst batter is in the pan. I love how they burst with the heat!😻 … Have a blogpost of "What I eat in a day" coming up tomorrow. It's the most common question from you. Please bear in mind that you shouldn't be following this girl or that girl's diet. Everyone has different needs, depending on metabolism, activity, work, lifestyle, etc. I will be sharing with you my day of eating just for information purposes and for you to see what works for me. Vegan pancakesπŸ₯ž Ingredients: 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons white sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 1/4 cups water Directions: 1. Sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into a large bowl. Whisk the water and oil together in a small bowl. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, and pour in the wet. Stir just until blended; mixture will be lumpy. 2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-high heat. Drop batter by large spoonfuls onto the griddle, and cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry. Flip, and cook until browned on the other side. Repeat with remaining batter. Screw it, pancake day comes but once a year…go all out!

Oil-Free GF Spirulina Pancakes! 1 1/4 cups Gluten Free Flour 2 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1 1/2 cups Coconut Milk 1/4 cup Sugar 1 Banana, mashed 1 tsp Spirulina 1 scoop SuperGreens Powder Blueberry Syrup: 1/2 cup Blueberries 1 cup Powdered Sugar For the Pancakes: Preheat a skillet on med-high heat. Place all ingredients in a mixer and mix until thoroughly combined. Pour about 1/2 cup batter for each pancake. Flip when bubbles pop. For the Syrup: Place ingredients into a Vitamix. Transfer to a pan on medium heat. Serve warm.
